The final chapter in the collection of Solomon's wisdom. It emphasizes the importance of good governance, the necessity of personal discipline, and the value of keeping a controlled tongue and temper. Very Jedi-like teachings.

 STAR WARS

YouTube was the source of my Star Wars today. When it comes to the franchise, Kristian Harloff is one guy who has the absolute closest taste to mine when it comes to Star Wars. I do like some things more than he does (like the prequels) but for the most part, his Star Wars tastes align with mine more than most.

He's doing this thing where he's introducing his good friend Sam to the franchise (who's seemed to avoid Star Wars up to this point) by way of Andor season one. A CRAZY entry point to the franchise if I do say so myself but one that is crazy enough to work and in a most interesting way. 

She....they....we've all reached the final arc of Andor season one and it seems like she's completely invested after her meh reaction to S01E01. It's just fascinating how accessible Star Wars has gotten through the years. From discovering the saga through having your kids babysat with Young Jedi Adventures, hook casuals with Grogu or hook in cynics or people with high expectations with Andor.

I can't wait until Sam sees all of the unraveling that will happen in Andor season two and then Rogue One.

The YouTube algorithm then immediately suggested a video of YouTuber Scoot who's been watching The Clone Wars series after watching the saga films and today's upload was him witnessing the GOATEDNESS that is the Umbara arc. It's full throttle now. The Siege of Mandalore bout to wreck this dude.

I tried and failed the Vertical Bird mission three times. The jet controls are PEAK JANK and are my bane and I'm not surprised. Although, I did my best run on the third try. Here's to next time.

Did The Warrior BDay Bashed and did an World Tour LA match. MyFaction suuuuuuucks. It's simply not fun and it feels like the game itself is begging to be abandoned and every day I find new ways to oblige.

TIMELINE OF THE WORLD/LITERATURE The book : The Bible Today's entry : Proverbs 23 More Solomonic wisdom going over self-control, gluttony and parental guidance.  GOING THROUGH THE YEARS OF FILM/EARLY 20th CENTURY WORLD EVENTS Today's film : Huns and Hyphens (1918) I really enjoyed the special effects stunts in this one. There was an Assassin's Creed-esque dive off of a barn roof onto a pile of hay. There was tussle in the middle of the street where the two brawling men narrowly avoid getting flattened by a trolley. Furthermore, there was one of those hanging-precariously-from-high-atop-a-building-roof stunts. My favorite one might've been the one where both men glide down from the building on an umbrella.           TIMELINE OF THE WORLD/LITERATURE The book : The Bible Today's entry : Songs 2 These two love birds need to settle down. NEXT UP : Songs 3  GOING THROUGH THE YEARS OF FILM/EARLY 20th CENTURY WORLD EVENTS Today's film : Nothin' I nixed watching The Decorator as well as the other Hardy shorts on my list. I haven't been pleased with my progress as I feel like I've been stuck in 1918-1920 for forever. The Hardy and Laurel solo shorts weren't doing much for me other than just looking through the lens of the late 1910s. So I think I'm going to play it like real life. If a movie simply looks good or is notable enough then I'll check it out while calling possible audibles here and there along the way. Hopefully this will make things move at a more preferable pace for me.
